A place for Malawians to buy, sell and trade directly — no middlemen, no listing fees, just people connecting with people.
Why we started this
Every day across Malawi — from Karonga to Nsanje — people are buying, selling, and looking for suppliers. That trade has always happened through word of mouth, market stalls, and scattered social media posts. Mwtradex exists to bring that same everyday trade online, in one place, without charging people just to be found. If you have something to sell or a need you can't fill locally, you should be able to reach someone across the country just as easily as someone next door.
How we make money
Right now, we don't — Mwtradex is free to browse, free to list, and free to contact sellers. We believe the platform needs to prove its value to Malawian traders first. As the community grows, we may introduce optional paid features for businesses (like featured placement), but posting and browsing will always stay free.
